A busy day. The only time I sat down was for 2½ hours in the car on the drive to Newcastle. 

The photo was taken just after 6 o'clock (in the morning) in the grounds of Rydal Church. I went out to post a birthday card and, as often happens, walked further than planned. I made it home in plenty of time for the 7.45 departure. 

I'm backblipping again and haven't had a chance to comment for a few days. Have switched my comments off until I catch up.
