Weather Station...

I built a weather station.  Those cats over the BBC think they're so fancy with their big weather predicting computer model and posh website but I have a distinct advantage over them.

You use their two-bit operation and you don't go out.  You see their forecast and cancel plans.

Use mine and you're already out by the time you get the weather report, you're already out and possibly soaked (in this case, looking down the barrel of a gale force headwind across the bridge) so you might as well head on with the plans.
