fungi in the Hermitage

Had to stay in at home waiting for a parcel. For once they came exactly when they said they would. Quite happy. I noticed another lovely day so I decided to take the bike and big camera to go back to the Hermitage and reshoot yesterday's fungi and Braid Burn (see extra). Lugging the big thing with all the glass and tripod, etc does make a difference (hurrah). I had planned to use a grad filter for the burn shot. Unfortunately, I noticed that I don't have the right adapter for the 35mm lens as well. Ah well, a new set of filters is on my wish list... 

Birthday party was still in full swing when I got home. I arrived just in time for cake. We got Max a Meerkat experience at the zoo. He was well pleased. Spent some time assembling his playmobil pizza shop.
