What a long day today has been.

I was on a presentation skills training course today from 9am - 4:30pm. Had to stand up and present 5 times whilst being videoed. Thankfully it was a small group of only 4 of us. Learned lots and the videos really show you how the changes effect your presenting style and abilities.

Unwound once home by playing with Jasper in the garden for a bit. He became more interested in looking out for Kara getting home so perched himself up on the table. Only getting distracted by a squirrel.
