I was looking for old photos in the attic and came across a few special ones.

This was one of the last few pictures taken of my mum.  She was diagnosed with lung cancer, and by this time she wasn't getting dressed (she was always very smartly turned out, and I know by the dressing gown that this is later on after her diagnosis).

We didn't tell the girls....I just couldn't.  Her sister and niece (pictured) came to visit, and I love this photo loads.
