Nibbles

We have friends coming over for dinner tonight- just an easy starter of nibbles.

Mr CFJ went to Lee Valey today with some friends from the village to go rafting. I think they all are convinced they are in their twenties....the truth is somewhat different. They have come home having enjoyed it, but with a few aches in places they didn't realise could ache.....
