Brunch.
If you look back to yesterday, you will recognise some of the ingredients in this frittata- roasted peppers, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and last night's leftover potatoes and feta. I added some ham that was just about to be out of date and some eggs. Super filling, very cheap and a great way to use up those leftover ingredients.
We are off to see my niece's new puppy this afternoon- hopefully Islay will be well behaved!
