Spice paste

Today I'm making a Thai green curry paste for the first time - I normally go down the red route, or sometimes rendang. Mmmm, rendang. I'd have to concede that the quantity of green bird's eye chillies (20, unseeded) is slightly intimidating. Still, trust in Brissenden and I hope to see you all on the other side.
