Just a quiet day.

There's no such thing as a quiet day!

I attempted my South Manchester Parkrun PB but just fell short, slightly hindered by a strong wind. The 20km cycle there was, I feel, advantageous though.

After going home for a wee sleep, I headed to Sale Water Park for my first swim there! It was a really cool place to swim....very peaceful compared to Salford!
