Usually being back by the sea is one of the first things I'm looking forward to after I've been away for a few days.

On Friday I was busy after my trip. Yesterday the weather was way too wild. Early this morning it was almost bearable, very briefly.

The blue sky and sea are deceptive, however. It was very cold and windy.

I grabbed a quick Blip and hurried back to the warmth of the car.

Well, "summer" in Scotland. No snow, so I should be grateful.

The balmy mid 20s of Lithuania and Latvia seem like a million miles away.
