...with an emphasis on the "wait".

This cafe closed for refurbishment around a month ago, promising to reopen sometime in May.  Then a notice went up to say that refurbishment was taking longer than planned, but it would reopen soon.  It is still not open.  After such a long period without revenue, I have to wonder whether it really will reopen.
