In the jungle

The boys overslept so we're not off quite as early as planned but we are moving by 6am with a run through of he day's plan before we go. We are optimistic once again but see very little. Back for breakfast, another trek, lunch and time to pack up. Overall it's been a great jungle experience but it's just a shame we didn't see more wildlife. Obviously you need to be incredibly lucky when viewing wild animals but we do wonder if Reza's inexperience didn't help.

We walk the couple of hours back towards our lift stopping for a refreshing swim at one of the waterfalls on the way back. We're both tired and check in at the guest house and rest for a few hours. Dinner, a couple of beers and then bed.

We wonder what we'll do next and whether we will try to see the elusive orangs elsewhere. We don't think we'd get as authentic a jungle experience as this again. We really were the only people there on this one which was pretty amazing. For all Reza's inexperience, he's been so helpful and is such a nice guy, we're sure he'll make a proper go of it.
