On the street where you live

A memorable song by Lerner & Loewe for the show My Fair Lady. 
In this context it is the street where I live. As I was leaning out of the bedroom window to paint our wooden shutters ce matin, I noticed that I couldn't see Rue de la Chapelle at all. All the trees seemed to have gone to full foliage overnight, giving us quite a canopy.
