on the prom

I decided yesterday that today would be a trip to Morecambe, a walk along the prom and a Sainbury's shop. An earlier than usual start and I never thought to check the tide tables or realised that the cafes on the Prom wouldn't have opened. 

Still an enjoyable walk and we got a drink eventually. Spent more on the food shop than planned  though that was probably due to the few bottles of wine that somehow found their way into the trolley. 

I'm still a day behind posting blips and don't have much time to write comments. Hope to catch up midweek.
