Big tree

Arrived back home on Tuesday evening after my 'Argyll & Ayrshire' tour. I tried to load Blips from the hotel computer in Inveraray but it was of the clockwork variety and far to slow to work, so I'm catching up now.

On the first day we visited Glenarn, at Rhu, in the pouring rain, which was rather a bad start - I didn't even take my camera out of the bag!

After lunching in Helensburgh, however, the sun came out and we enjoyed Ardkinglas Woodland Garden in far better weather. Here are four of 'my' ladies standing beside Britain's tallest tree, a Grand Fir.
