Dinner guest

Since two years, feeding of my ant colonies has become a regular event: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, each colony gets this little piece of 'flan'. They're thriving on it: I have queenless groups of workers in the lab, that I already collected in september 2013 (!). Who would have thought they could live this long? And my ants are not the only ones that like the flan....here's an uninvited dinner guest that was roaming the field lab.
