Gala Girl

Sal swam her heart out tonight, swimming for the year above her own, in the London Schools' final. She came 4th in the individual final and won bronze in the relay.

She never ceases to amaze me with her 'turn up and get on with it' attitude.

Her back-up team were pretty pleased too!
