Lady G and the Sky Garden

First of all, I must apologise for being extremely behind and not catching up with your journals.  Slack woman!

I had a really enjoyable week in Kalkan, Turkey, returning on Saturday, but the return back home was made so much easier with a meet-up with the sparkling LadyG!

LadyG had arranged for us to visit the Sky Garden in the 'Walkie Talkie' building, 20 Fenchurch Street and she'd also arranged a perfect blue sky with the odd, cotton wool, fluffy cloud too.  Perfect!   We had an Al(f) Fresco lunch first outside Zizzi (I've just remembered...I left a carrier bag and a packet of hand wipes under the wobbly table to balance it out), then off to the Sky Garden, where a speedy lift took us high in the sky, with flora and fauna (maybe the fauna is a lie).  We nearly toppled off, due to our short stumps  slid elegantly on to a couple of tall stools with our long limbs and enjoyed the magnificent views over London, with cake and coffee.  A lovely afternoon...thank you LadyG!
