Alpine dawn

Alpine hotel rooms tend to be very warm, heated to keep the mountain chill at bay. So the moment I awoke this morning, I flung back the balcony door to let in some fresh ionised air. This was the beautiful sky-scape that greeted me, looking out across the slate roof-tops of Verbier chalets.
