Fledgling

Thought I would struggle to find a photo today. Then as I was out putting controls for this evenings orienteering I spotted this fledgling Robin. His flying left a lot to be desired but he was fluttering well through the undergrowth. Glad I had my telephoto lens with me to avoid stressing it too much.

This was quite topical as the Robin has just been voted Britains favourite bird by Springwatch viewers.
