Jack and Jill

According to Prashant, kids only care about Jack and Jill (the ones who went up the hill) because of the tune. They're not so interested in what they were doing up there. So with yoga: the details aren't as important as the tune or the "symphony," the play of the whole. I have done more ropes Sirsasana (hanging upside down from a rope) in Prashant's class in the last two weeks than I've done in the past year. We have long holds, up to 10-15 minutes at a time. I'll come back taller.
