Powis Castle

Another beautiful day and made even better by meeting up with fellow Blipper, Redkite, and her husband Tony at this lovely place . Redkite’s arthritis was playing up again today so after lunch of delicious cheese scones and much needed cold drinks we reluctantly left her on the top terrace and Tony and I descended to the lower terraces to enjoy all the other delights Powis Castle has to offer. 
 
This shot of the Castle was from right at the bottom of the grounds.  Tony said it was the best view and I have to agree with him.  All those steps down ……  and up were very well worth it!!
