Workshop

After a very short night, I facilitated a workshop with vendors from 7am - 6pm. Long but worth the effort. Outside It was sunny and hot all day., but I did not see it. :)

Prepared for dinner a big salmon trout in the oven with small sweet tomatoes, burrata and a little bit of French goats cheese and crispy baguette afterwards. Bianco Rovere (di Merlot) from Guido Brivio. Tired now. Looking forward to the weekend.
