Spa day?

Looks like someone had a mud bath today. We think, after trying to identify this little guy ( only about 2 inches), that he is an Eastern American Toad. I know,  it's toad week here apparently. I thought today's blip would be a bunny , but there he was hopping on by as I planted the beets. He looks like  he is coated with the  clay soil that makes up much of my yard. I am sure he was much happier after tonight's thunderstorm as he probably got a good bath.
