Fish and Chip Friday

A tradition here in England - I have no idea why but when Friday comes, I do like fish and chips.  It kind of sets the start of the weekend. (I also like fish and chips any other day of the week).  This is Morrisons own branded battered cod which I placed into the oven, I always use light olive oil in my fat fryer for my chips which I slice with their skins on and I love peas.  A bit of salt and vinegar or some Ketchup - lovely!
