This is My Saturday

oooooo how I love my kindle.  I've recently joined kindle Unlimited books and I am thrilled to bits.  I've got a ton of ebooks to read (some were free from Bookbub) and I have a Goodreads app so I can update my progress and right a review.  Nothing techy, just why I do or don't like a book and why you should or shouldn't read it.  I also have a pinterest app which is always entertaining and Spotify is fabulous.  I've only just started using Spotify and I've been listening to 'Acoustic Morning' for many an hour whilst reading.

You may also notice I have my knitting which is very gradually getting bigger. Diamond by diamond (12 rows for each diamond) I'm getting there.  I'm not keeping up to what I wanted i.e a diamond a day but instead I pick it up every other day.  If I do a diamond everyday from now on till Tuesday, I'll be half way there.  It'll be a simple rectangle which will be halved and seamed along the side to make a bolero for my sis.  I reckon it'll look classic.  I will then make one for myself but in stockinette and in aran (so less stitches) and bigger needles.

It's a drizzly, wet day so having my kindle and my knitting to occupy me makes me happy.
