High Waisted Undies???

This was the best of very few photos taken today. Out of focus, improperly exposed. Rubbish.

So, only one good thing for it and have a wee play around w/it. Some of the filters in PS are truly horrendous ("neon" springs to mind). Didn't end up doing much to it, except sharpening it and then blurring that w/some kind of brush-stroke effect. And then making it B&W.

But as the saying goes, "you can't make a silk stocking from of a sow's ear". True that.
