Alan

Alan and I have been friends for over 40 years and we were best man 
(men) for each other at our weddings, He is taking on the the arduous task of cycling from Lands End to John O Groats later this year in aid of people with learning difficulties. We  met up today at Chester Regatta for a quick publicity photo and then he was off on a training session while i sat down and had an ice cream by the River Dee . Good Luck Mate.
