The Lincoln Barons

This weekend is Magna Carta weekend in Lincoln and the Lincoln Barons are out in force.  25 of the little bleeders dotted around the city.  Typically the weather has been terrrible and I've seen lots of soggy soldiers, medieval ladies and an undaunted samba band.

The highlight of my visit to town though came when I was walking behind a much tattoed man wearing shorts.  His right calf proudly displayed the best tattoo I've ever seen - a detailed rendering of Sir Robin Day, complete with bow tie and glasses.
