Jorge Marin's Abrazo Monumental

While I was in California, the Mexican Consulate placed six statues around downtown Fort Worth.  They are to be here until late August.  Buddy and I were out for our  morning constitutional and came across the first statue in the  Water Gardens.  Lovely piece.  Here you can see it in its full glory.  I seldom take images of a full statue.  I never seem to be able to add to the work.  I am much more pleased with placing pieces of work in their surroundings.  Be warned, you probably will see parts of his other works.
