Sunshine before the storm

Buddy and I  went for our morning walk on a little different path.  We live in a condo in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.  It is the  old Texas and Pacific Railroad Headquarters and Station.  Immediately south of our building  are several sets of railway tracks.  Then south of  the tracks runs Interstate 30.  As I have pointed out here before, the Near Southside is growing fast.  Not enough passageways  exist between downtown and the southside.  The city has just started to put an additional roadway under the Interstate and tracks.  Our walk today led us behind the initial construction site.  Between the barbed wire and the Interstate.  Found a place that I had never, ever shot before.  Liked the flowers as well as the bricks.
