El Tiempo 2010

Tropical Storm Bill is on its way to Fort Worth.  I thought he would get here early so went out and blipped El Tiempo, another bronze winged statue in the Water Gardens.  I was struck by his eyes.  Played with creating a pupil using dark spots in the trees behind him.  Also played with b&w but prefer the colorized reflections in the trees behind.
