Blurry day

Bad night. Tough day. Sad boy. Which ironically I think is sort of a good sign that things are shifting as sad is aware and caring as opposed to so out of it as to not be.

And he woke earlier in both the day and this evening suggesting his body clock is starting to move so perhaps some of Carl's plans are starting to take effect. And the cool glasses arrived from Australia this evening so tomorrow we can start with those. Many things have made me cry today, including the glasses arriving. Please let them not be snake oil...

The best part of the day was either a lovely walk in a new park with lots of lovely playful puppies and a coffee with a friend and our two dogs being very well behaved. Or Anna skipping out of school so happy and smiling and full of stories and happiness. First rehearsal in the theatre for her tonight and the excitement levels are growing.

To be honest there've been a few too many emotions for a Monday.
