Sunset after the storm.

We had a small function at school this evening - the Head and I entertained the children with a pre-arranged Pizza and movie night whilst the parents enjoyed drinks out on the terrace! However, they swiftly moved indoors as a very black storm moved in from Mont Blanc and across that lake with lots of thunder, lightning and rain!

Driving home this evening at 21:30 the clouds split and the sunset cast an amazing orange glow everywhere. Indeed the wet roads looked on fire with the reflection of the setting sun!

As we approach these 3 weeks that were so difficult last year I find myself making analogies between nature and the pattern of Philip's illness.
