Postcards from the past

As it's been a really lousy day, thought I'd snap something 'indoors' - the garden shed, referred to on the June 2nd entry. It needs a bit of a clear-out and that's putting it mildly; I have to take things out before I can get in. I'll shoot more of it some other time.

One of these cards reminds me of some of my more heroic journeys made on a Honda C90 'up north'. I used to manage to get as far as Milnthorpe before needing to stop for a warm-up under the hand drier in the public toilet! It was wonderful to have air blasting down the inside of ones overtrousers!(Before those awful Dyson affairs that might suddenly think they're a vacuum cleaner and suck your fingernails off).
