Flowery Firework...

My effort for the TinyTuesday challenge hosted by Walking Wombat .  Looking forward to seeing everyone's efforts this week.

Busy day so far (doesn't seem to be any other kind at the moment!) and that will continue into the evening.

Had a joint meeting with Rosie the OT (and Alan's PA's line manager) and Jenny the Neuropsychologist this morning.  

Ed came and gave us a demonstration of Alan's eye gaze  showing the new content.  It's looking great and Alan is motivated to use it.  We are about to introduce it to the rest of his PA's but we all agree they need to be fully confident in how to use it before we let them loose with it with Alan.  It would just frustrate him if he needed help with it and they didn't know what to do.  Also discussed more content that needs to be uploaded so we have a bit of work to do to get that onto the main eye gaze software.   It's never ending but that's as it should be.  Communication and language never stops evolving and I want the machine to contain pretty much anything Alan might want to say.  (I dread to think!!!  :-)))

Quite tidy up after they left and now getting Alan's dinner sorted after which we have a meeting with the architect, QS and Pool Consultant to discuss the detailed specifications of the pool extension and garden room.   Exciting but exhausting.

It will be a pot luck dinner from the freezer this evening....I'm predicting something chicken based with chips.  How exotic :-/

Once again I want to apologise for my lack of commenting, however I am hoping this will soon be remedied as the purchase of my new lap top means I can comment from the comfort of the sofa in the evenings again, rather than have to sit in the study, which feels a tad lonely and antisocial (not that David complains!  lol)
