Hot out there....

Pleasant I know. This was following a 5 mile sprint before Church tonight. Very warm and a mouthful of flies is never conducive to sprinting but a good strong time that I was happy with it entailed.

In a weeks time I'll be a member of this running club so there's likely to be even more running tops in the wash than there are currently...
