Buen Provecho!
While we were visiting Montserrat Monastery in Spain, we bought some cheese from a local market, and then lugged it back to the USA in with Tom's dirty laundry!
On the left is a rosemary-crusted round cheese and on the right a hefty chunk of sheep cheese. They were very "aromatic"!!!
We paired them with a Cava we brought back from Art Cava, a boutique winery we visited on the drive back from Montserrat. (Empties posted tomorrow!).
Greg and Linda came over to share them with us, as a thank you for cutting our lawn while we were away when the tractor broke.
