Beavers to Cubs to Scouts

A Granny's work is never done! 
Recently Dhylan went from Cubs to Scouts so Marlane transferred the badges from the Cubs tops to the Scouts.
Now Lennon is moving from Beavers to Cubs so this is her unpicking and resewing a plethora of badges from one to the other.
His investiture into the Cubs is next Tuesday so all these sort of jobs for sewing, mending etc. got Marlane. Luckily she's a whizz with a needle, sewing machine and her beloved overlocker, she loves her overlocker :-)

Last week she was asked to repair some shorts for our nephew who is a very skinny 8 year old. The shorts were size 4-5 but he loves them so much and he said 'Give them to Aunty Marlane, she's the best'. She certainly is, and she did fix them for him by lining the shorts where they were all threadbare.

She's the best alright.
