More food

Again no photos taken except my dinner... I was quite proud as i'd roasted and puréed cauliflower, blended it with milk and veg stock and then mixed it into sautéed shallots with a little flour. Added fresh pesto and cheese and combined with cooked pasta to make a pasta bake topped with cheese. Was lovely. Sammy was very appreciative with lots of 'oh mommy, delicious!'.
