hallowe'en

no tricks, no treats (other than the cake i made this morning and was devoured by the office gannets this afternoon). just another day really. quiet at the office but no conversation - reasons understandable, but still frustrating. i did get a crucial piece of info tho, which comes under the 'forewarned is forearmed' heading, and also gives me a timeframe in which to badger.

feeling a bit mournful - time was when himself was under pressure i could help, but that doesn't apply now, it seems. i have done stupid things, and he has done stupid things, but i still want to help. given time, i think i could, but trying to get time... blood/stone.

it's hard when you can't even hug someone :-(

and kinda lonely...
