Work was fine.p, though I had a wasted trip to a gp surgery as the doctor had not prepared for our meeting for me to assist her with an affidavit - an appointment which she had asked for - and then didn't bother calling me to postpone. Hmmmm.

I then saw 'Spy' at the flicks and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially Jason Statham's self ridiculing performance. Laugh out loud funny in places.

At home, as I had a sore throat still I made a soothing frozen fruit smoothie (blipped) and had an early night.
