Another Challenge Failed

Failed another challenge this year now.  Last week it was the Velathon, today it was WAAT4, 40km over the Brecon Beacons.  I could have done it, I had a team but I just couldn’t have faced seeing the woman I love.
 
When we did it together last year it was great.  How can I go from being one of her closest friends, her words, to a complete stranger in a matter of months?  I don’t get it, and it hurts every single day.

One positive from today is that I haven't cried.
