Art Trienniall of Bruges ?

In the harbour of  Zeebrugge  I found this lost object . It doesn't belong to anything!! Maybe it is some waste or a leftover from a ship or whatever.. The nature will sooner or later overtake this object .
Now a days it is for art organizers as in Bruges and not only in Bruges important for them to put all-over the strangest objects and tell to the people "this is art" ..... and tell them also how to interpreted it..
When I noticed this lost object it could even been at the now a days  "Triennial of Bruges" or at any where else in an ART exhibit of this crazy art world.
