Chilean navy training ship getting ready to leave the wharf in Wellington. Of course I ummed and aaaahhed about taking my camera for our short walk and left it behind. What did we see? This ship and two tuis cavorting within arms length on a tree opposite the Beehive, typical! Let that be a lesson to me.

Great day, nice breakfast at hotel, walk along waterfront, quiet time in our suite, met Kariba and Zane for lunch. Now back at hotel drinking champagne kindly provided by management for my birthday. Dinner booked at restaurant on waterfront.

Life is pretty good!
