Midsummer sunset

The barn owl came screeching out when I was taking these photos near his territory, but moved too fast for me to capture him for a blip. We started the day at a movie theater. To celebrate the many June birthdays in the family, our daughter had arranged to rent one of the theaters for a private showing of the new Disney Pixar movie  "Inside Out". It was very entertaining; I'm amazed at the creativity of its makers. The afternoon was mostly spent working outside. At night we warmed up the sauna, enjoying the evening immensely. The extra picture is of that.
