Apologies for such a rubbish photo but....

this is a monumental moment!!!! It is the first time I have cooked a roast dinner in China! So, it needed recording but I only took one photo of everyone and as you can see it is very poor. I am very happy to say that the same could not be said about the food. The roast beef and roast potatoes turned out great. For dessert I made apple cruble and trifle- the crumble was a big hit. In the picture you can see one of  my chinese colleague's an her family, and an english colleague and Joan from Poland. It was  a really fun day and I really enjoyed cooling somethig sooo English. Having said that, I can't wait for one of my sister's  for she is the Queen of roasts :)
