Eggy pancake wrap!

I don't know what else to call this. It looks like a mixture of eggs and flour - definitely more egg content than we would have in the traditional pancake. The woman scoops a ladel full of the thick liquid onto the hot plate and then with a flat wooden utensil, moves the micture around while the hot plate rotates. The result is that a thin layer is former and tehn thickens as it cooks - the wooden utensil ensuring that the tickness is the same all over.

After that, she puts ssome fillings on there and folds it into a wrap. Viola! Or perhaps in Chinese I should say - wan le!
