Two Tractors and Two Boats

13.6C and mostly cloudy becoming brighter with some sunny spells early afternoon. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound wanted to be in the garden this morning so out she went.

Maeve and I went for our walk after lunch. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. We came back along the cycle path and went down to the beach at Westhaven via the level crossing.

Down on the beach the tide had just started to come in. Valhalla A was moored in the shallows out at the seaward end of the channel through the rocks and Shamara II was beached nearer shore. Two tractors and two boats were on the beach near the creel storage structure.

We came up off the beach at the car park at Westhaven then came back over the road bridge over the railway line. We came back up the main road and round to home. It was very warm when we were walking up the main road. Maeve went back out into the garden as soon as we got home.
