Pickering's gin

I'm starting to like gin. This is a gin made in Edinburgh which has less of a bitter taste than normal shop gin I've had before. I tried it at a beer festival at Summerhall a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it so much that I went out and bought a bottle today! Now to wait until a special occasion to open it...

In other news, work starts at the botanics tomorrow!
